Bring your own tent, tables, chairs, and display materials. We'll email registered vendors additional setup and arrival instructions before the event.

Vendor setup begins at 8:30 AM. Be ready when the show opens at 10 AM, and plan to remain until 2 PM.

Your equipment
Each vendor provides their own tent, tables, chairs, and display materials for their 10×10 space.
Stay through closing
Vendors should be set up by 10 AM and must remain at their booths until the show ends at 2 PM.
Food vendors
Online registration is for non-food vendors only. Food sellers should contact the organizers directly.
Detailed arrival, unloading, and setup instructions will be emailed to registered vendors before the event.
